Big Jack's biggest fan

I am convinced that there is no dog anywhere that loves to play ball more than my dog Micah. While in development with Big Jack, I brought home many balls to test.... with the kids, not the dog. It seemed like the second I got out of the car, my little buddy was there to greet me and see what ball I brought home. He has had tennis balls and soft balls and baseballs and whiffle type balls. He's had rubber balls and leather balls and even those splashy pool balls. I can tell you to a factual certainty that his favorite ball of all time is the Big Jack ball. Not any particular one but any Big Jack ball. There is something about the texture of the leatherette cover or the softness of the air pressurized chewy center. (he never seems to get to it) that just drives him wild. Maybe it's the bright red Big Jack logo. Whatever it is, all I can tell you is that scattered around the yard among all the rocks and trees are dozens of new and old Big Jack balls. For a Golden Retriever he is amazing. He will run and get a well driven Big Jack ball over and over again. The only problem is that when I'm done playing, I go in the house. He then goes and, like my kids, leaves the ball just lying around. After a day or so he forgets where he put it. He'll sniff all around like he's looking for it but what he really wants is a brand new ball to play with. Eventually I'll go into my car and pull out a new one and launch it with the convenient Big Jack bat I keep in my trunk. After a few times he can't find the freshly hit ball so he'll wander around and find one of his old balls. The process starts all over again. Micah has got to be eight or nine. I'm not too sure. All I know is that people constantly think he's a puppy. I think it must be Big Jack that is his "Fountain of Youth."
