CALIFORNIA CHARIOT™ - LIMITED WARRANTY

What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers your CALIFORNIA CHARIOT™ product against defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts one (1) year on the frame and thirty (30) days on all other parts. The warranty is extended only to the original owner, and is not transferable.

What Will California Chariot Do? CALIFORNIA CHARIOT™ will provide a replacement part at no extra charge for any part found defective in workmanship or materials during the warranty period.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not cover CALIFORNIA CHARIOT™ products which: (1) fail due to abuse, neglect, or normal wear; (2) are used for commercial or other income producing purposes; (3) are subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repairs and alterations; Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
